Taught as exam preparation, not as a general computer course
There is a version of this course that teaches computers broadly and mentions CCC at the end. It leaves people competent and unprepared, which is the wrong way round when there is a dated examination and a job application behind it.
So this course is built to the NIELIT syllabus section by section, and the last module is entirely timed mock papers with section-by-section review. You should walk into the examination already knowing the format, the timing and where you personally lose marks.
Who issues the certificate
NIELIT conducts the examination and issues the certificate. We prepare you for it.
That distinction matters and it is worth being direct about, because it is a common place for learners to be misled. No private institute can issue a CCC certificate, and anyone implying otherwise is either confused or hoping you are. The examination fee is paid to NIELIT separately from your course fee.
If you have never touched a computer
Plenty of people take this course from a standing start, and the first two modules assume nothing at all.
If exam pressure on top of first-time computer use feels like too much at once, our Computer Basics course covers the same foundations more slowly and without a deadline attached. Taking that first and CCC afterwards is a common and sensible sequence, and we will say so if it looks like the better fit for you.
Check the notification, not the rumour
Requirements vary between recruitment notifications and they change.
Before enrolling on the basis of a specific job application, read the exact wording of that advertisement — some accept CCC, some name alternatives, some specify a different level entirely. Bring it in and we will read it with you. That five-minute check is worth more than any assurance we could give you in the abstract.

Which government jobs require the CCC certificate?
A great many state and central recruitment notifications list CCC or an equivalent computer certificate as an eligibility requirement, particularly for clerical, data entry and assistant grade posts. Requirements differ by notification and change over time, so always check the exact wording of the advertisement you are applying against.
Who conducts the CCC examination and issues the certificate?
CCC is a NIELIT programme. The examination is conducted by NIELIT and the certificate is issued by them, not by any private institute. What we provide is preparation — the full syllabus, the practical work and timed mock papers. Be cautious of anyone who implies they can issue the certificate themselves.
How long does CCC preparation take?
Two months of consistent attendance and practice suits most learners, including those starting with no computer experience at all. If you already use a computer regularly you may be ready sooner, and we will tell you honestly rather than holding you to a fixed period.
Is the course taught in Hindi?
Yes. Batches run in whichever mix of Hindi and English the group is comfortable with, and the examination itself can be taken in either language. Nobody should be held back on a computer literacy certificate by the language of instruction.
What if I have never used a computer before?
That is a common starting point for this course and it is entirely workable. The first two modules assume nothing. If you would like a gentler run-up, our Computer Basics course covers the same ground more slowly and without exam pressure, and many learners take it first.
