Questions

General questions

Do I need any programming background to join a course?

For most courses, no — and many need no coding whatsoever. Computer Basics, MS Office, Spoken English, Tally with GST, graphic design and AutoCAD are entirely non-programming. Among the technical tracks, data analytics, Python and full stack all start from first principles. Only a few, such as Django and generative AI, genuinely assume prior programming. Every course page states its eligibility, so check there rather than assuming.

What is the difference between classroom and online live batches?

The syllabus, trainers, labs and projects are identical. Classroom batches run at our centre with in-person lab support; online live batches run over video at scheduled times with the same trainer. Both are live — neither is a pre-recorded course.

Will I get a certificate at the end?

Yes, you receive a course completion certificate from us. It records what you studied and the projects you completed. It is not a substitute for a vendor certification such as AWS or Microsoft, and we tell you clearly on each course page when a separate vendor exam is involved.

Do you guarantee a job after the course?

No, and you should be careful of any institute that does. We provide placement assistance and we publish exactly what that includes and excludes on every course page, so you know what you are getting before you enrol.

Can I pay the fees in instalments?

Payment options depend on the course and batch. Share your details through the enquiry form and an advisor will confirm the current fee and the payment options available for the batch you want.

What happens if I miss a class?

Tell your trainer in advance where you can. Depending on your batch, you can attend the same session with another batch or arrange a catch-up on the lab work. Your trainer will confirm what is possible for your specific batch.

How do I choose between two courses that look similar?

Compare the roles each one targets and the projects you would build, not the course titles. The comparison table on the courses page puts duration, level, delivery mode and target roles side by side. If it is still unclear, ask us and describe your background.
