Deliverable: A documented Express API with registration, login, role-based authorisation and validated endpoints, covered by an automated test suite that runs in CI.

A developer who knows React but has never designed the API behind it writes front ends that are awkward to serve. A developer who writes APIs without having consumed one writes endpoints that are awkward to use. The value of a full stack course is not two skill sets — it is understanding the seam between them, which is where most real bugs live.
That is why the database module comes after you have already written an API that needed one, and why the security module attacks code you wrote yourself in module four. The sequence is built so each concept arrives at the moment you have felt its absence.
Your first project is deployed in month two. Everything after that is deployed too. This is deliberate: deployment is where beginners discover that their application depends on something only present on their own machine, and discovering that four times over seven months is how it stops being a mystery.
Ten hours a week between sessions, consistently. This is the single strongest predictor of who finishes with a portfolio and who finishes with notes. We would rather set that expectation now than at the midpoint.

No. This course starts from HTML and assumes no prior development experience. What it does assume is consistent practice — around ten hours a week between sessions. Learners from commerce and arts backgrounds complete it successfully every batch; learners who only attend class do not.
Both lead to jobs. MERN uses one language across the whole stack, which makes the first six months considerably easier, and dominates startup and product-company hiring. Java full stack appears more in large enterprises and services companies. This course teaches MERN with PostgreSQL added, so you are not locked out of SQL roles.
Four, all deployed to public URLs, with the final one built collaboratively using pull requests and code review. Deployment is part of the deliverable rather than an optional extra, because an application that only runs on your laptop is difficult to discuss in an interview.
Yes, and most of our learners do exactly that. Classes run as weekday evening and weekend batches. The constraint is not class time but the practice hours between sessions — if you cannot find roughly ten hours a week, tell us and we will suggest a longer batch instead.
Both. JavaScript is taught in depth first, because TypeScript makes little sense until you have felt the problems it solves. TypeScript is introduced at the end of module two and used throughout the React and Node.js work after that, since most current job postings expect it.
