This policy explains what personal data Samyak collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of data, and nothing beyond what we need.

• Enquiry details you give us. When you submit the enquiry form we receive your name, mobile number, city, the course you are interested in, and — if you choose to provide them — your email address, preferred callback time and message.
• Attribution and usage data. We record which page you submitted the form from and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, so we know which pages are genuinely useful. We also use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location.

Why we collect it

We use your enquiry details for one purpose: to contact you about the courses you asked about, by phone, WhatsApp or email. We use usage data to understand which content helps people and to improve the site. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who processes your data

Form submissions are transmitted through a third-party form delivery provider and reach us by email. Analytics data is processed by Google. Both act as processors on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we are actively in contact with you about a course, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer follow-up questions. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry details, or to stop contacting you, at any time. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings without losing access to any part of this site.
