Every student gets placement assistance — that is what 100% placement assistance means. It is support for all, not a job for all. We do not promise a specific salary, a specific number of interviews, or placement at any named company, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
The reason beginners give up is almost never ability. It is being taught by someone who forgot what it is like not to know.
An instructor who says “just open the file manager” has assumed you know what a file manager is, where it lives, and that “open” means double-click. Miss one of those and the rest of the sentence is noise.
This course is built for adults who have used a smartphone but never a computer for work. Nothing is skipped as obvious. Questions are expected rather than tolerated, and asking one twice is normal.
The most common thing holding beginners back is fear of damaging something expensive.
So we address it directly in the first week. You cannot break a computer by clicking. Almost everything is reversible. Deleting goes to the recycle bin. Closing a window does not destroy a file.
Learners who understand that explore, and learners who explore progress several times faster than learners who wait to be told.
Online fraud in India is sophisticated and specifically targets people new to digital services. OTP fraud, fake customer care numbers, KYC update messages, payment requests disguised as receipts.
Module seven covers these with real examples, and the project requires you to set up two-factor authentication on your own email and one financial account before the course ends.
That single hour is probably worth more than the rest of the course put together.
Honestly: data entry, office assistant and billing roles hire on this level of skill. They are real jobs and a real first rung.
The pay improves meaningfully with the next step, which for most people is Advanced Excel or Tally with GST. Learners who complete this course and go straight into one of those tend to be in a considerably better position within six months.
We would rather set that path out clearly than let anyone believe basic computer literacy alone is a destination.
Questions
Yes, precisely for you. It starts with switching a computer on and using a mouse, and assumes nothing. Learners in their forties, fifties and beyond complete it every batch. The most common feedback is that they wish they had started sooner rather than that it was too difficult.
It qualifies you for data entry, office assistant and billing roles, which do hire on basic computer literacy. It is a genuine first rung. Most learners then take Advanced Excel or Tally, which is where the pay improves meaningfully. We will tell you honestly what this course alone opens.
For the material here, yes, with practice between sessions. Confidence takes a little longer and comes from using a computer daily rather than from more classes. The course is built so you are using it for real tasks — email, forms, documents — from the second week.
It helps a great deal, because practice between sessions is what builds fluency. Lab time is available at the centre if you do not have one, and we will tell you what a suitable second-hand machine costs rather than assuming you can buy new.
Yes. Batches are taught in whichever mix of Hindi and English the group is comfortable with, and Hindi typing is a module in its own right. Nobody should be held back by language when learning something this fundamental.
Three details is all we need. A course advisor will call you back.
The four applications every Indian office runs on, taught around the tasks you will actually be judged on rather than as a tour of every menu.
The Excel that offices actually run on — lookup logic, PivotTables, Power Query pipelines, dashboards and enough VBA to automate the work you repeat every month.
Tally Prime taught through a full simulated financial year — vouchers, inventory, GST, TDS and payroll — so you finish having actually kept a set of books, not just clicked through menus.
