Placements
Employers come to us. Every month, on a fixed date.
Vacancies are sent to Samyak directly and pooled across the network, a readiness programme runs on the second Saturday and the drive itself on the third. This page sets out the whole process, who hires from the network, and — in the same detail — what placement assistance does not include.
Placement
How our placement drive works
Employers come to us with vacancies, and we run a drive on a fixed date every month. That schedule is the point — you know when your next opportunity is, rather than waiting to hear.
Every 2nd Saturday
Readiness programme
Mock interviews and preparation, so nobody walks into a drive cold.
Every 3rd Saturday
Placement drive
Live interviews with visiting employers, with offers made on the day.
Employers send us their vacancies
Companies and corporates approach Samyak directly with open positions across the network.
Vacancies are pooled across sources
Openings are collected from multiple corporate sources into one pool rather than handled branch by branch.
We run an in-house drive
A placement drive is held on campus every third Saturday of the month, on a fixed schedule.
Or we take you to their campus
Where an employer prefers to interview on their own site, students are lined up and taken there.
Offers are made on the day
Selected students receive their offer letters during the drive rather than weeks later.
Not selected? You are prepared for the next one
Students who do not convert are coached on what went wrong and enter the following month’s drive.
What 100% placement assistance means. Every student gets this support — the drives, the readiness programme, CV and portfolio review, and a place in the next round if this one does not convert. It is assistance for everyone, not a job guarantee for everyone, and we would rather say so than let the phrase do work it cannot. The full inclusions and exclusions are on every course page.
Recruiters
Placement partners
Companies that recruit across the Samyak network. Which of them hire for a given course depends on the course and on your background — ask us before you enrol rather than assuming from this list.
All company names and logos shown are the trademarks of their respective owners and appear here only to identify the company. Their use does not imply any endorsement of Samyak by the trademark holder.
Placement assistance
Every student gets placement assistance — that is what 100% placement assistance means. It is support for all, not a job for all. We do not promise a specific salary, a specific number of interviews, or placement at any named company, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
What is included
- A place in the monthly placement drive, held every third Saturday
- The readiness programme every second Saturday — mock interviews and preparation

What is not included
- Any guarantee of a job, an interview, or a particular salary
- Placement at a named or partner company
- Applying to jobs on your behalf

Questions
Questions about placements
If your question is about a specific employer or a specific month, ask an advisor — those answers change and this page would go stale.
When exactly does the placement drive run?
The readiness programme runs on the second Saturday of every month and the drive itself on the third Saturday. Both dates are fixed rather than announced ad hoc, which is the point — you always know when your next opportunity is, and you can plan preparation around a date instead of waiting for a call. If you are not selected at one drive you are coached and enter the next month’s.
Do I have to finish my course before joining a drive?
You need to be ready rather than finished, and those are not the same date. The readiness programme exists to tell you which one you are — it runs mock interviews and reviews your CV and portfolio, and the feedback is specific rather than encouraging. Most people attend it at least once before their first drive. Ask your trainer to put you forward when the projects on your course are done.
Are the companies on the recruiter wall guaranteed to be hiring?
No. The wall names employers that have hired from the Samyak network, not vacancies open this month. Which roles are live changes every drive, and we would rather show you the range of employers than publish a list that is stale within a fortnight. Ask an advisor what is currently open for the course you are considering.
What happens at the drive itself?
Employers interview on the day, either at our centre or at their own campus, and selected candidates receive offers on the day. You are told in advance which employers are attending and what they are hiring for, so you can prepare for those specific roles rather than for interviews in general.
Is any of this a guarantee of a job?
No, and we will not describe it as one. What is guaranteed is the process — the fixed dates, the preparation, the interviews and the coaching if you are not selected. Hiring decisions belong to the employer. The included and not-included lists on this page are the precise version of that answer, and they are the same lists published on every course page.
