Long formatted report
Deliverable: A twenty-page report using styles throughout, with an automatic table of contents, correct section breaks, page numbering and captioned figures, and no direct formatting.
Course
The four applications every Indian office runs on, taught around the tasks you will actually be judged on rather than as a tour of every menu.

Deliverable: A twenty-page report using styles throughout, with an automatic table of contents, correct section breaks, page numbering and captioned figures, and no direct formatting.
Deliverable: A personalised letter and email merge produced from a cleaned Excel list of at least fifty records, including conditional content that varies by recipient.
Deliverable: A spreadsheet reconciling two data sets with lookups and conditional logic, a PivotTable summary and validation preventing bad input, with error handling on every formula.
Deliverable: A ten-slide deck built on a consistent master, structured around one argument, with charts that each answer a stated question and speaker notes for delivery.
Every student gets placement assistance — that is what 100% placement assistance means. It is support for all, not a job for all. We do not promise a specific salary, a specific number of interviews, or placement at any named company, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
Nearly everyone in an Indian office uses Word and Excel daily. Very few were taught either, and it shows in specific, repeated ways.
A hundred-page report formatted by hand, where changing one heading size means changing forty. A spreadsheet where the same total is calculated three different ways and none of them agree. A presentation with eleven bullet points on a slide nobody at the back can read.
None of that is a lack of intelligence. It is a lack of anyone ever showing them styles, lookups, or the readability limit of a slide.
If you take one thing from the Word modules, take styles.
Direct formatting — selecting text and clicking bold, then size, then colour — is why long documents become unmanageable. Nothing updates together. The table of contents has to be typed by hand. A change of house style means reformatting every page.
Styles fix all of it at once. Headings become navigable, the contents page generates itself, and a global change takes one click. The first project explicitly forbids direct formatting for that reason.
This is not the Advanced Excel course, and it does not pretend to be.
It covers what an office role needs daily — references, conditional logic, lookups, PivotTables, validation and charts that answer a question. That is enough to be visibly useful and to stop making the errors that quietly produce wrong numbers.
If your work is genuinely reporting and analysis, Advanced Excel with Power Query is the better investment, and doing this course first makes it easier.
A deck is not a document projected on a wall.
We teach structuring a presentation around one argument, keeping a slide within what a person at the back can read, and using a slide master so consistency is a decision rather than an accident.
The project is ten slides with a single argument and speaker notes. Most people find writing the notes changes the slides, which is exactly the point.
Questions
This covers all four applications at a working level. Advanced Excel goes considerably deeper into Excel alone — Power Query, dashboards, VBA and AI-assisted analysis. If your role is broadly administrative, take this. If your role is reporting and analysis, Advanced Excel is the better investment, and many people do this first and that second.
For office roles in India, yes, because most people's Office skills were never actually taught. They can type in Word but cannot use styles, so a hundred-page document becomes unmanageable. They can add numbers but cannot build a PivotTable. Being visibly competent at the tools everyone uses badly is a genuine advantage.
Current Microsoft 365, and we point out where older versions differ, since plenty of Indian offices still run Office 2016 or 2019. The concepts are stable across versions. We also cover the Google Docs and Sheets equivalents, because many workplaces use those instead.
Not for the course — you practise on centre machines, and online live learners can use the free web versions or a trial for most exercises. We will tell you what the genuinely cheap legitimate options are rather than assume you can buy a full licence.
Many clerical and administrative roles list computer proficiency in Office as a requirement, and this course covers that ground. We do not issue any government-recognised certification and do not claim to. Check the exact certificate your target employer or examination requires before enrolling on that basis.
Three details is all we need. A course advisor will call you back.
A real beginner course for adults who have used a phone but never a computer for work — files, Windows, internet, email, typing and staying safe online, taught without assumption.
The Excel that offices actually run on — lookup logic, PivotTables, Power Query pipelines, dashboards and enough VBA to automate the work you repeat every month.
Tally Prime taught through a full simulated financial year — vouchers, inventory, GST, TDS and payroll — so you finish having actually kept a set of books, not just clicked through menus.
