If you do not — and most people at the start genuinely do not — the safer strategy is a skill that applies identically in both markets. Advanced Excel, Tally with GST, data analytics and Power BI all do. Reporting and accounts work looks much the same in Delhi as it does in Noida or Ghaziabad, and a skill that keeps both corridors open is worth more than a marginally better fit for one.
More specialised tracks concentrate more unevenly. That is not an argument against them, but it is worth going in with your eyes open about where the roles actually are.

Not for the course. Fees, batches, syllabus and certification are identical regardless of which side of the border you live on, and no separate arrangement is needed. It may matter for where you eventually apply for work, which is worth discussing when you enquire.
Both, and the honest answer is that it depends on the track. Analytics, MIS and accounts roles exist in volume on both sides. Some specialised technical work clusters more heavily in one corridor. Tell us the course you are considering and we will be specific.
For some people yes, for others the online live batch is plainly better. The deciding question is whether the round trip eats the practice hours the course needs. If it does, attending in person actively costs you progress rather than adding to it.
Advanced Excel, Tally with GST, data analytics and Power BI travel best — the skills and the roles are close to identical in Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad. Those are the safest choices if you do not yet know which side you will end up working on.
