You already know more English than you can use
This is true of almost everyone who joins this course, and it changes how we teach it.
You read English daily. You follow films and videos. You can probably identify a grammatical error in a written sentence. And then someone asks a question in a meeting and the sentence assembles itself in Hindi first, and by the time it is translated the moment has passed.
That is not a knowledge problem. It is a retrieval-under-pressure problem, and it is only fixed by speaking, badly, repeatedly, until it stops being effortful.
You speak from day one
There is no silent preparation phase here. In the first session you will speak, at whatever level you currently have, and it will be uncomfortable for about a week.
Trainers correct selectively and deliberately. Mistakes that change meaning get corrected. Mistakes that do not — a missing article, a slightly wrong preposition — are left alone during speaking practice and addressed separately.
Constant interruption is what teaches people to hesitate. We would rather you speak three imperfect sentences than one careful one.
Recording yourself is the fastest feedback
You cannot hear your own pace and filler words while speaking. You can hear them immediately on a recording.
The first and last projects are the same two-minute recording on the same topic, made twelve weeks apart. Learners consistently say this is the moment the progress becomes undeniable, because improvement in speaking is gradual enough that you cannot feel it happening.
On accent
We do not promise a neutral or foreign accent, and we would treat any institute that does with suspicion.
The goal is being understood clearly — the specific sounds that cause confusion, word stress, and a pace that survives a poor phone line. A clear Indian accent is completely professional in every workplace that matters, and attempting to erase it generally makes speech less natural rather than more.

My grammar is weak. Should I fix that before speaking?
No, and waiting is the most common reason people never start. Most learners in India already know more grammar than they can use under pressure. Speaking is a separate skill built by speaking. We correct the mistakes that change meaning and deliberately leave the ones that do not, because stopping you mid-sentence is what creates hesitation.
Will I get a neutral or foreign accent?
No, and you should be sceptical of anyone promising one. The goal is being clearly understood, not sounding like someone else. We work on the specific sounds, stress patterns and pace that cause confusion. An Indian accent that is clear is entirely professional, and trying to erase it usually makes speech less natural.
How long before I actually feel confident?
Most learners notice a real difference around week six, and it comes from speaking daily rather than from attending more classes. Three months of consistent practice gets most people to comfortable workplace conversation. Confidence lags ability by a few weeks, which is normal and worth expecting.
Are classes conducted only in English?
Mostly, and increasingly so as the batch progresses. Early on the trainer will use Hindi to explain, because being confused in two languages helps nobody. By the second month sessions run largely in English, which is the point.
