Deliverable: A sharing model configured so three different roles each see exactly the records they should, demonstrated by logging in as each and showing what is and is not visible.
Automation with Flow
Deliverable: A record-triggered flow implementing a multi-step business process including an approval, with a written note on why Flow was the right choice over Apex.
Bulkified Apex trigger
Deliverable: A trigger that handles a two-hundred-record bulk update without breaching governor limits, with a test class above the required coverage and a demonstrated bulk run.

Configuration first, code second
Salesforce is unusual in that most problems have a solution requiring no code at all.
That is why the administration half comes first and is taught completely before Apex appears. Objects, security, flows and reports will solve the majority of what a business asks for, and an administrator who reaches that level is employable without ever writing a line.
Developers who arrive knowing Java sometimes resist this and build in Apex what a flow would have done in twenty minutes. It works, it passes review, and the next administrator inherits something they cannot maintain.
The security model is the hard part
Almost every Salesforce interview probes sharing.
Organisation-wide defaults, role hierarchy, sharing rules, profiles and permission sets interact in ways that are genuinely confusing until you have configured them and then logged in as three different users to check. The second project requires exactly that demonstration, because describing a sharing model and having built one are very different levels of understanding.
Governor limits change how you write code
Apex runs in a shared environment, so the platform imposes hard limits.
A query inside a loop works perfectly on one record and fails on two hundred. Bulkification is not an optimisation here, it is a correctness requirement, and the trigger project is graded on a two-hundred-record run for that reason. This is the single most common way new Salesforce developers break production.

Salesforce Administration and Development — frequently asked questions
Do I need to code to work with Salesforce?
No, and that is one of the platform's genuine attractions. A great deal of Salesforce work is configuration — objects, security, flows, reports — and administrators are hired without a development background. This course teaches the administration half first and completely, then adds Apex for the cases configuration cannot reach.
Should I use Flow or Apex?
Flow, wherever it will do the job, and the automation module is explicit about this. Configuration is easier to hand over, survives platform upgrades better and does not need a test class. Reaching for Apex when a flow would have worked is the most common judgement error in Salesforce projects, so one project requires you to justify the choice in writing.
Is this an official Salesforce certification?
No. This is training and the certificate is issued by Samyak. Salesforce's own certifications are booked and paid for through Salesforce directly. Trailhead, their free learning platform, is used during the course and we will point you at the official certification path if you want it, but we cannot award it.
Is the Salesforce job market real in India?
Yes, and it is one of the better ecosystems for someone without a computer science degree. Consultancies and product companies across Delhi NCR, Hyderabad and Bengaluru hire administrators and developers steadily. Domain experience in sales or support is genuinely valued alongside the platform skills, which is why several students here come from those roles.
