Logo suite
Deliverable: A primary logo plus horizontal and icon variants, built from clean paths, on global swatches so the whole palette can be changed from one place.
Course
The industry-standard vector tool, taught around building marks and illustrations properly — clean paths, real typography and files an agency or printer can open and edit.

Deliverable: A primary logo plus horizontal and icon variants, built from clean paths, on global swatches so the whole palette can be changed from one place.
Deliverable: A flat illustration built with pathfinder and shape building rather than freehand drawing, using a defined limited palette.
Deliverable: One brand mark delivered as print PDF, web SVG and layered source, packaged with fonts and links so another designer can open and edit it without asking you anything.
Every student gets placement assistance — that is what 100% placement assistance means. It is support for all, not a job for all. We do not promise a specific salary, a specific number of interviews, or placement at any named company, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
Everything else in Illustrator is comfortable within a fortnight. The pen tool is the part people avoid for years, and it is the part that decides whether your work looks built or bodged.
So it gets a full module early, with deliberate repetition — tracing real outlines, watching where the handles want to go, and learning that a curve usually needs three anchor points rather than eleven. It is tedious for about a week. Then it stops being tedious and everything afterwards is faster.
A shape built from forty anchor points and one built from six can look identical on screen.
The difference shows when somebody scales it, when a printer rips it, and when another designer opens the file and has to modify it. Clean path construction is the clearest signal in a portfolio that a designer knows what they are doing, and it is visible in about four seconds to anyone who does.
A logo that only exists as one file on your laptop has not been delivered.
The last module is about what actually leaves your hands — print PDF, web SVG, sized exports, packaged fonts and links, layered source another designer can open. The third project is graded on exactly this, because “can you send me the editable file” is a question every designer gets and a surprising number cannot answer well.
Same concepts, different keyboard.
If you have learned CorelDraw, most of this course is finding the equivalent command and adjusting to the Adobe way of thinking about appearance and effects. That is a genuine advantage, not repetition — and being fluent in both is a practical edge in a market where the agency runs Illustrator and the printer down the road runs Corel.
Questions
Illustrator is the international and agency standard and integrates with the rest of Adobe. CorelDraw is what most Indian print shops actually run. If you are targeting agency or product work, learn Illustrator; if you are targeting local print and signage, learn CorelDraw first. The underlying vector concepts are the same in both.
No, and the illustration module is deliberately built around construction rather than freehand — shapes combined with pathfinder, symmetry and repetition. Some of the best vector illustration is assembled rather than drawn. Drawing ability opens more doors later but is not a prerequisite here.
Graphic Design covers design thinking, layout, branding and the reasoning behind visual decisions, using several tools. This is a deep course in one tool. If you are new to design entirely, take Graphic Design; if you already design and need real Illustrator command, take this.
A client changing a brand colour is routine. With global swatches you edit one swatch and every object updates; without them you hunt through a hundred objects and miss three. It is a five-minute concept that saves hours repeatedly, which is why it has its own place in the colour module.
Three details is all we need. A course advisor will call you back.
Design principles first and software second, because employers hire for typography and layout judgement — the tools are learnable in weeks and the judgement is not.
Photoshop taught around non-destructive editing, so every file you build can be revised later — the habit that separates someone who can use the tool from someone who can work with it.
The vector tool most Indian print shops actually run, taught around the files they need — logos, cards, flyers and banners that reach the printer correct the first time.
Design taught as decision-making you can justify, not decoration — ending with three case studies that show your reasoning, which is what design hiring actually assesses.
