Running an online business end to end — marketplace and own-store selling, cataloguing, pricing, GST and ads — anchored on the unit economics most sellers work out too late.

Every student gets placement assistance — that is what 100% placement assistance means. It is support for all, not a job for all. We do not promise a specific salary, a specific number of interviews, or placement at any named company, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
Almost everybody arrives excited about a product and unclear on whether selling it makes money.
Referral fee, closing fee, shipping, storage, the return that arrives damaged, GST on the sale and GST on the platform’s own fees — by the time all of that has come out, a healthy-looking margin is often nothing at all. Several students each batch discover in the third module that their intended product cannot be sold profitably at the price the market expects.
That is a difficult session and it is the most valuable one in the course.
A marketplace brings traffic and takes a cut, a set of rules and your customer relationship. Your own store keeps the margin and the customer, and gives you the entire problem of getting anybody to visit.
Most successful small sellers end up doing both, for different reasons. The course builds both so the choice is made from experience rather than from whichever one somebody sold you on.
Running a campaign is easy. Deciding whether it worked is the skill.
The last project requires a written recommendation — continue, change or stop — with the reasoning shown. ACoS below your contribution margin is a business; ACoS above it is a hobby you are funding, and a surprising number of sellers cannot tell you which one they are running.
There is a large industry around this subject promising passive income and quick scale.
Selling online is a real business with thin margins, genuine operational work and a meaningful failure rate. This course is built to make you competent at it and honest with yourself about the numbers. That is a better foundation than enthusiasm, and it is what the unit economics workbook exists to enforce.
Questions
No. The listing and advertising work can be done on a test catalogue, and many students take the course before deciding what to sell. If you do have a product, bring it — the unit economics workbook becomes immediately useful and several students discover in that module that their intended product cannot be sold profitably.
In some categories, for some sellers, with the right sourcing. The honest answer is that fees, returns and competition make it far harder than the marketing suggests, and plenty of sellers work at a loss without realising it. That is exactly why the unit economics module comes third and not last.
Digital Marketing covers SEO, paid advertising and analytics across any business. This is specifically about selling products online — cataloguing, marketplace mechanics, fulfilment, returns and margin. There is overlap in the advertising module. If you want to run campaigns for clients, take Digital Marketing; if you want to sell products, take this.
For marketplace selling in most categories, yes, and the course covers the requirement and the input credit position on marketplace fees. It is not a substitute for advice from your accountant on your own situation, and the GST module says so — it teaches the structure so you can have a useful conversation rather than a confused one.
Three details is all we need. A course advisor will call you back.
SEO, paid advertising, content, email and analytics taught around measurement, with real campaigns on real budgets and an emphasis on attributing results honestly.
GST taught as reconciliation work rather than as rules to memorise, because the job is finding why your books and the portal disagree — and that is where mistakes cost money.
Design principles first and software second, because employers hire for typography and layout judgement — the tools are learnable in weeks and the judgement is not.
The Excel that offices actually run on — lookup logic, PivotTables, Power Query pipelines, dashboards and enough VBA to automate the work you repeat every month.
